Tim Burns grew up in Auburn, a small town in Southern New Hampshire.  He attended high school at Pinkerton Academy in Derry NH and then went on to The University of New Hampshire where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.  After college he moved to Concord NH and lived there for 5 years before relocating.  This condo in Concord became his first rental property and provided his first taste of being a landlord. 

 

He has been investing in Real Estate now for over 13 years and has added several more properties to his portfolio.  

 

Tim has served on the board of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association (NHREIA).  He served 2 years at the Chairman of the Board and 1 year as the boards Vice President.
